Martin Fellenz is Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin - University of Dublin. His research focuses on personal and professional development, individual and collective decision-making, and on the behavioural, organisational, cultural and identity-related aspects of organisational change and innovation.

Martin has extensive international consulting experience at management board level to support top management teams and client organizations to adapt to and fully exploit environmental, strategic and technological change, and to develop the management, leadership and decision-making capabilities as well as the organisational structures and cultures to successfully implement and manage change and innovation.
