I am a human services evaluator and researcher with a longstanding passion for improving the child protection and out of home care system using evidence. I hold a PhD in child protection and have undertaken a Churchill Fellowship on permanency planning and adoption for children in out of home care, and have published across numerous domains of child protection practice and out of home care.
