Michael D.J. Lynch

Postdoctoral researcher, Neufeld Lab, University of Waterloo

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Dr. Josh D. Neufeld in the Department of Biology at the University of Waterloo. My research interests include the application of molecular and computational methods to challenging problems in ecology and evolutionary biology. In particular, analyzing and interpreting metagenomic sequence data, clarifying deep phylogenetic relationships and studying the evolution and ecology of both rare and cryptic species.
