Michael D. Noseworthy

My research focuses on assessment of normal and diseased tissue microstructure and the ensuing modulation of tissue metabolism, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and in vivo nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. My work involves developing new MRI hardware and imaging pulse sequences, and software development for MR signal and image processing. In addition my research group works to study physiological problems and diseases using advanced medical imaging techniques.
