My research interests are in topics related to economic, political and visual anthropology. I have undertaken more than 40 months of fieldwork in South Asia (India and Nepal). My main research interests are: social movements, debt-bondage, industrial labour, labour migrants, maoism, revolutions, development, poverty, alternative economic models and ethnographic films.
