PhD candidate, Centre for Sport and Exercise Sciences, Anglia Ruskin University

I am currently a PhD candidate at Anglia Ruskin University exploring exercise addiction.

Exercise addiction is a condition that can have several negative psychological and physiological outcomes, and can be a primary condition or secondary to an eating disorder. This body of research primarily focuses on the differences in correlates of exercise addiction between eating disordered and non-eating disordered populations, with the development of a new screening tool able to distinguish between primary and secondary exercise addiction.

I'm also an international trainer and presenter for Les Mills International. Rubbish dancer.
