Morgan Hess

Morgan is a doctoral student in Communication at the University of Maryland, with a focus in Rhetoric and Political Culture. Specifically, she studies strategic political discourse and economic rhetoric. She examines the distillation of ideas and policy into popular political discourse.

She has worked as an organizer and researcher for various campaign organizations and KidsOhio.org, a nonpartisan education policy nonprofit in Columbus, Ohio.
