Mostafa Ayoobzadeh

Mostafa Ayoobzadeh is a Professor of Human and Organizational Development at the School of Management, Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM). His research is on leadership development, mentoring, and career development. He has designed and implemented several development programs (such as mentoring and training programs) to enhance individuals' leadership skills and career advancement. Also, he has investigated the outcomes of such leadership and career development programs for individuals and organizations.

Mostafa Ayoobzadeh est Professeur en développement humain et organisationnel à l'École des sciences de la gestion de l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Ses recherches portent sur le développement du leadership, le mentorat, et le développement de carrière. Il a conçu et mis en œuvre plusieurs programmes de développement (tels que des programmes de mentorat et de formation) pour améliorer les compétences en leadership et l'avancement professionnel des individus. Il a également enquêté sur les résultats de tels programmes de leadership et de développement de carrière pour les individus et les organisations.
