Mostafa Ayoobzadeh

Mostafa Ayoobzadeh is a Lecturer at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. His research is on leadership development, mentoring, and career development. He has designed and implemented several development programs (such as mentoring and training programs) to enhance individuals' leadership skills and career advancement. Also, he has investigated the outcomes of such leadership and career development programs for individuals and organizations.
