Dr. Nacima Ourahmoune is part of the Marketing department at Kedge Business School. Nacima graduated from Sciences Po, HEC Paris Grande Ecole and is Doctor ESSEC Bs. Nacima's research deals with sociocultural marketing including branding and consumer behavior in established and emerging markets. Her work often involves the politics of body, gender, and race/ethnicity across various contexts and sectors (fashion, luxury, tourism, collaborative consumption, ...). Her current interest relates transformative approaches of women and business/ diversity policy. Methods used involve a wide range of qualitative studies including semiotics and ethnography. Her work appeared in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Marketing Theory, Consumption, Markets and Cultures, Journal of MacroMarketing, Journal of Consumer Behavior among others. Nacima is a regular speaker at top tier international academic and professional conferences and worked for top tier consultancy firms
