Nadine Chapman

I am co-lead of Plan Bee, Australia's honey bee genetic improvement program which aims to increase honey production, pollination and bee health by providing a platform for bee breeders to implement modern animal breeding technologies. Other beekeeping industry focused projects I am currently involved with aim to increase Australia's preparedness to live with Varroa should the eradication attempt not be successful and determine the effect of hazard reduction burns on the beekeeping industry. I also have an interest in native stingless bees.
