Natalia is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management, Albany. Her main area of expertise is around psychosocial risk such as bullying, cyberbullying, and cyber abuse, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. Natalia teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses and supervises PhD students in the areas of Leadership, Decent Work, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Employment Relations. Natalia is a member of the Healthy Work Group - a multidisciplinary team of researchers from Massey interested in worker health and wellbeing. She is currently a named investigator on a $1.2million HRC/Worksafe funded project evaluating psychosocial safety climate interventions in small and medium sized enterprises in Aotearoa New Zealand.
