Rear Admiral Neil Morisetti is a retired Royal Navy officer who is currently Vice Dean (Public Policy) in the Faculty of Engineering Sciences at University College London, and Strategy Adviser to the Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy. He is an Honorary Professor at UCL.
