Nicholas Godfrey

Nicholas Godfrey is a Lecturer in Screen and Media at Flinders University in South Australia. He teaches courses on film history, film aesthetics, and media industries, including Hollywood and the Australian film industry. Nicholas is the author of The Limits of Auteurism: Case Studies in the Critically Constructed New Hollywood, published by Rutgers University Press. Nicholas has curated film programs for the Adelaide Film Festival, Adelaide Cinémathèque, and the OzAsia Festival, and he writes contemporary film criticism for Metro magazine.
