Dr Nicky Grigg's research investigates various aspects of environmental dynamics, from the analysis of field measurements to mathematical modelling of aquatic processes.
Her most recent research activities include:
- An analysis of biogeochemical budgets in the Coorong to assess impacts of severe flow reductions on Coorong biogeochemistry
- Ecological modelling for a triple bottom line assessment of an Australian Capital Territory (ACT) government stormwater harvesting plan
- The development estuarine ecological response modelling and analysis approaches for the eWater Cooperative Research Centre (CRC)
- A pilot study investigating human decision making in complex systems (with a particular focus on stock-and-flow dynamics and feedback loops).
