Olivia Olivarius

Research Fellow in Behavioural Science, Department of Economics, Stirling Management School, University of Stirling

Olivia recently completed a MSc in Behavioural Science for Management at The University of Stirling, gaining a distinction. Her dissertation, which looked at how choice architecture influenced recycling 'on the go' behaviour, achieved an environmental award from Keep Scotland Beautiful. After completing her MSc she is working with The University of Stirling, focusing on the impact of COVID-19 on older people's behaviour.

Olivia has significant HR and OD experience across a range of sectors. She is interested in applying behaviour insights in organisations to support improved employee engagement and wellbeing. She is also interested in environmental sustainability behaviour change.
