Patricia Mwangi is a tutorial fellow in the department of Spatial Planning & Urban Management, School of Architecture and Built Environment Kenyatta University. She is a Geospatial Engineer with working experience in cadastral, topographical & engineering surveys, remote sensing and GIS technology. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Engineering & Space Technology from the University of Nairobi and a masters degree in Geomatics & Natural Resources Evaluation from University of Florence, Italy. Currently she is working on her PhD. She has previously taught in Technical University of Kenya (TUK) and worked as a consultant on mapping projects such as land use/ land cover classification and developing a prototype Land Information Management System (LIMS) for part of Kitengela. She has worked in the past for ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross), Oakar Services Ltd & W. K. Land Surveyors. Patricia is a member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
