Paul Craft

Paul was born in Brisbane and now resides Numinbah Valley Gold Coast hinterland on his ancestral homelands (country).

Paul is a Birrunburra Bundjalung Yugambeh Yuggera Turrbal man of South East Queensland and North East New South Wales. We visit schools sharing Aboriginal culture and delivering educational lessons such as art, music, stories, language, traditional games, artefacts displays, weaving, art commission works and cultural demonstrations.

My background is that of an Aboriginal youth worker, Aboriginal health worker and cultural tour guide, and I am a fully qualified Aboriginal cultural facilitator educator with 25 years experience in cultural education. I am an active and contributing member of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the region and founded the first ever all Aboriginal boomerang team named ‘Deadly Returns’. I represented Australia on the Australian Boomerang Team at the World Boomerang Cup in Perth 2014.
