Following more than 25 years of professional experience in senior health policy positions across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, I am currently undertaking a PhD on a full-time basis. My research is examining the extent to which accountability, acting as a mechanism of good governance, works to deliver equity in the Australian health system through key funding agreements.
