Paxton Loke

Dr Paxton Loke is a Consultant Paediatric Allergist Immunologist at Monash Children’s Hospital and MACCS Medical Group. He is also a Research Clinician at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute and Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne. His main research interest is in food oral immunotherapy where he is the Principal Investigator on the multi-centre Probiotic and Peanut Oral Immunotherapy clinical trial and its follow-on study that aims to induce long lasting clinical remission in children with peanut allergy, and an Investigator on probiotic egg and cow’s milk OIT clinical trials.
