Peter Twesigye

I have a Masters degree in Economics and have recently completed a PhD in Business Administration - Energy Specialisation. I currently lead research work on power market reform, regulation and utility performance at the Power Futures Lab, Graduate School of Business, of University of Cape Town. I am a visiting lecturer at PURC - University of Florida. I have extensive work experience at a senior manager level in Uganda's private electricity concessioned distribution utility and consulted in West, East and Southern Africa.
