Pradytia Putri Pertiwi

PhD candidate, University of Sydney

Pradytia Putri Pertiwi is a PhD student with the Centre for Disability Research and Policy, The University of Sydney. Her research interest is disability-inclusion in development particularly working with Disabled-People's Organisations (DPOs). Pradytia's doctoral thesis investigates the role and practice of people with disabilities in leading disaster risk reduction initiatives at local level.

Pradytia has been working as development worker in disability-inclusion sector focusing on education and disaster risk reduction. She published peer-reviewed articles and opinion-pieces within her area of research and has presented at national and international academic and practitionnaire conferences.
