Pradytia Putri Pertiwi

Pradytia is passionate about human development and social interaction and how social norms and values shape perception and behavior of individuals and groups that determine their quality of life. She believes that empowering individuals will forge their personal changes and the changes to the community and environment they live in. Pradytia focuses her activities with research and development practices. Her technical expertise includes disability and inclusion, disaster risk reduction, and qualitative research. She has written scholarly articles, technical reports, and opinion pieces on these topic areas, to influence policy and practice changes and help create supportive ecosystem to nurture development of individuals, especially those with disabilities.
