Rachael Jacobs

Dr Rachael Jacobs lectures in Creative Arts Education (Dance, Drama and Music) at Western Sydney University. She has previously been a Secondary Drama teacher and a Primary Arts specialist. Rachael has made advances in educational research in the arts, in assessment and teacher education. Rachael contributes to the arts community as a dancer and choreographer. She is the current Director of Research for Drama Australia and on the organising committee of Teachers for Refugees. Rachael is also an social justice activist, a speaker on international development and multiculturalism and a freelance writer.
