Rachel Wheatley

I am a microbiologist and my primary research interests are antibiotic resistance evolution, CRISPR-Cas systems, metabolism, and genomic screening technologies. I have a PhD from the University of Oxford, and am now a postdoctoral researcher in Oxford. My research is focused around understanding how pathogenic bacteria evolve during infections in intensive care units (ICU).
