Executive Director, Undergraduate Career Services, Indiana University

Rebecca Cook is the Executive Director of Undergraduate Career Services at Kelley. Rebecca is a Kelley MBA alum and came back to Kelley in November 2009, starting in Graduate Career Services as a career coach and Director of Coaching & Development, while also running the Capital Markets Academy for full time MBA students and teaching graduate level finance courses in investment management. She then moved into the MBA Program office as Executive Director for several years and then moved into her current role in July 2019.  Prior to returning to Kelley, Rebecca was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with Voyageur Asset Management and has over 13 years of investment management and non-profit experience with various organizations.

In her current role, Rebecca oversees all aspects of undergraduate career services. She oversees a staff of 20 in areas including career coaching, employer relations and technology. She is also a co-head of the undergraduate Kelley Women’s Initiative and faculty advisor for the undergraduate Women’s Financial Association. Rebecca also holds leadership positions with a variety of non-profit organizations, including the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance, Tri Kappa (service sorority) and the Investment Committee of the Bloomington Health Foundation.  Rebecca is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
