Rebecca Wright

As an American ex-pat living in the United Kingdom, Rebecca is currently pursuing a PhD in Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies at Cardiff University, where she obtained her MA in Critical and Cultural Theory.

She is a former graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County where she worked in Digital Storytelling, a platform where she enjoyed the collaboration of education and the creative industries.

A life time admirer of anything alternative, her research interests are aimed at, but by no means limited to gender, representation, popular culture and the political.
