I’m a researcher, writer, and instructor leading research on rental housing policy in Canadian cities, non-profit housing in Halifax, and transit-oriented development. I have a M.A. and Ph.D. in planning, and am Registered Professional Planner (RPP). I've worked in a variety of public, private, and non-profit settings, and written about planning issues on my blog, in academic journals, and in my award-winning edited book, Planning Canada: A Case Study Approach.
