Research Fellow in Economics, Manchester Metropolitan University

I began researching at MMU in 2010 and have taught economics at all levels as well as on various professional and industry qualifications, I teach on the exclusive Bank of New York Mellon degree programme and behavioural and financial economics at postgraduate level.

Following a research career in industry where my consultancy reports were used to develop firms' strategy in negotiating with local government throughout the UK, I was awarded one of only two Economic and Social Research Council studentships to read for a Master's of Research and have recently completed my PhD in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Keele.

I lead the HMRC Programme in Taxation and Fiscal Policy and am the Head of the Centre for Applied Behavioural Economics.
