Rob Grace is a Graduate Research Fellow at the Program on Negotiation, Harvard Law School; a USIP-Minerva Peace Scholar at the U.S. Institute of Peace; and a researcher at the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies, based at the Watson Institute for International and Public Policy, Brown University. He conducts research on the politics of humanitarian action, with a particular focus on humanitarian negotiation and humanitarian-military relations. He is a doctoral candidate in political science at Brown University.
