Rob Currie is Distinguished Research Professor at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, where he teaches Canadian and International Criminal Law, International Law, Evidence, Procedure and Advocacy. Prof. Currie is a specialist in international and transnational criminal law, and his scholarly writing in these fields is regularly cited by Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a regular media commentator on legal issues, both in Canada and internationally, and a frequent contributor to judicial education and continuing legal education for practising lawyers. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Bar and has practiced law in various capacities.
