Early Career Researcher (Sport Pedagogy), Flinders University

Rob is an early-career academic, having recently completed his PhD studies through the University of Melbourne. His thesis examined coach-athlete feedback in sport, with a particular interest in the contextual factors that influence feedback provision, and quantifying the reception of feedback by athletes. He has worked across multiple research and teaching roles in the areas of sport coaching, education, and sport sociology.

He currently advises the Port Adelaide Football Club in a coach development role. He is a casual academic at Flinders University, and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
