Ronelle Burger is a professor at the Economics Department at Stellenbosch University and a researcher at the Research on Socioeconomic Policy Group. Her main interest is to better understand how various anti-poverty and empowerment strategies can help to improve effective public service delivery and social justice. Ronelle’s consulting experience and academic publications cover many fields and topics including poverty analysis, fiscal incidence analysis, NGOs, education, health, social mobility, accountability and transparency.
