Dr Rory Francis Mulcahy is Lecturer in Marketing at the School of Business, University of the Sunshine Coast. Rory's research interests are gamification, serious games and service thinking for social, and health and well-being improvement. His work has appeared in journals such as Psychology and Marketing, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, and Journal of Services Marketing.
