Rosalie Singerman Ray is a recent PhD graduate in Urban Planning from Columbia University, currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Transportation Technology and Society Research Group at the University of Connecticut. Rosalie studies the institutions of transport governance and her dissertation focused on the expansion of bus priority in London and Paris. Before studying at Columbia, she got her Masters at UCLA and worked as an economist at the U.S. Department of Transportation's Volpe Center.
