Roxanne Guyon is a Ph.D canadidate in sexology and a lecturer at the department of sexology at the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is affiliated to the Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire sur les problèmes conjugaux et les agressions sexuelles (CRIPCAS) and l'Équipe de recherche sur la violence sexuelle et la santé (ÉVISSA) as a student member. Her research projects and interests focus on interpersonal and sexual violence, specifically regarding adaptation and recovery processes of adolescent and adult survivors. She participated in the development of several prevention programs for youth and work as a child welfare educator for the Centres Jeunesses de Montréal.
