Royette Tavernier

Assistant Professor of Psychology, Wesleyan University

Professor Tavernier teaches courses on: Sleep and Psychosocial Functioning in Youth, Adolescence and Emerging Adulthood, and Research Methods in Psychology. Tavernier is the director of the Sleep and Psychosocial Adjustment Lab at Wesleyan University (http://spalab.research.wesleyan.edu/) and has an interest in examining bidirectional associations between sleep and various aspects of adolescent and emerging adulthood development, including academic performance, interpersonal relationships, emotion regulation, and technology use.
