I research how climate change impacts water resources in Western North America, where snow and glaciers play profound roles in shaping how our society functions. I completed my PhD in Geophysics at the University of British Columbia, where I researched community vulnerability to the loss of glacier ice, and investigated applied data science and deep machine learning to understand the changing role of ice in our water systems. As a postdoctoral research fellow, I am curious about how extreme events like heatwaves impact river flows.
