Samantha Campbell

Samantha studied Graphic Design in Melbourne and worked as a freelance Graphic Designer for four years before illustrating her first children's book Alfred's War, written by Rachel Bin Salleh (Alfred's War was later shortlisted for two literary awards). Since then, she has continued illustrating children's books for publishers such as Magabala Books, Allen & Unwin, Hardie Grant, and has recently been represented through The Jacky Winter Group.
Samantha holds a Diploma of Graphic Design and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. She is listed as a professional illustrator on Illustrators Australia website and the ASA (Australian Society of Authors) style file. Samantha also has a background in project management for various projects related to Aboriginal Health.
