Sarah Logan is a researcher at the International Growth Centre and an Associate at The Policy Practice. Previously, she led the IGC's State Fragility initiative. She holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and an LLB from the University of Cape Town. She is a qualified attorney, admitted to the New York State Bar and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, South Africa.

Sarah’s research interests are in fragile states and private sector development.
