PhD Candidate in Business Administration and Management, Concordia University

I earned my Undergraduate Degree with Distinction in Honours Psychology, supplemented with a Minor in Human Relations, from Concordia University in 2018. My undergraduate thesis explored Hand-Eye Coordination and Manual Dexterity. Captivated by research, I furthered my education with an MSc Degree in Management from Concordia, graduating in 2020 with a GPA of 4.1/4.3. My Master’s thesis delved into equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), particularly examining the CEO gender compensation gap. I am currently progressing with my PhD thesis (2020-present), deepening my investigation into EDI, gender, leadership, and dyslexia.
My academic endeavors have been recognized at various conferences. I've presented at six of them and have been honored with awards like the Most Popular Poster (three times) and the People’s Choice Award at Concordia’s 3MT Competition.
Outside the research sphere, I'm an avid volunteer. I played a role in revising the MSc Management Curriculum at Concordia and contributed to the development of Concordia’s GradProSkills Leadership Certificate. My commitment to student life saw me serve as the Graduate Student Association (GSA) JMSB Director for two years, participating in six GSA committees, and representing my peers as the Graduate Student Representative for Concordia’s Council on Student Life for the last two years.
My ultimate research goal is to amplify awareness and deliver valuable insights to our community.
