Fascinated by our aquatic world – both marine and freshwater – naturally, my research interests are closely tied to it. I am currently a PhD candidate in Aaron Fisk’s lab at the Great Lakes Institute for Environmental Research (GLIER), University of Windsor. My time is mostly occupied working on the interactions within fish communities, fish movement ecology, bioenergetics, and anthropogenic disturbance. All of these are intimately related to one another via patterns and processes that determine their wider function in the ecosystem and seascape. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family enjoying various activities, such as skiing, gardening, swimming and walking on the beach.
