Simon Bishop

I'm a public health academic with interests in global health and food security. I am particularly interested in the role of social and cultural settings on behaviour, especially where voluntary risk-taking plays a part in exposure to harm. I have experience of developing and leading academic programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and of conducting and supervising research in challenging settings globally.
