Stacey L. Connaughton is an Associate Professor in the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University, USA. Her research examines leadership and identification in geographically distributed contexts, particularly as these issues relate to virtual teams/organizations and peacebuilding. Dr. Connaughton is the Director of the Purdue Peace Project, an externally funded political violence prevention initiative with locally driven projects in West Africa, Central America, and the United States. She is the recipient of several teaching awards, Purdue’s 2017 Faculty Engaged Scholar Award, and Purdue’s 2018 Trailblazer Award.
