Stephen Kofi Diko

Assistant Professor, University of Memphis

I am an urban planner and researcher with interests in sustainable urban development and policy from the aspects of climate change, green spaces, flooding, informality, community economic development, and plan quality assessments. Through my research, teaching, and planning practice, my goal is to contribute positively to the transformation and sustainability of communities-- particularly in building their capacities to overcome, adapt and be resilient to factors that engender their vulnerabilities and impoverishments.
