Stephen joined the Health Economics Research Centre in February 2018. Before HERC, Stephen worked at Public Health England, leading on a project investigating the impact of inequalities on health outcomes in local areas in England.

Stephen is currently working on an evaluation of different models of delivery of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in the South of England, using differences-in-differences analysis to understand the impact of service transformations on services and on children and young people.
