Research Project Leader in Organizational Behavior

- Plan, coordinate and execute the Workindness research project within allotted timelines and budgets.
- Address project issues and escalate complex issues to management.
- Perform day-to-day management of project team and address any team issues promptly.
- Act as primary contact for client communications.
- Report project progress, status, and issues to the HDR Professor (Research Director) and the Head of UNESCO Chair for Art, Science and Sustainable Development Goals
- Prepare project documentations and research reports for management review.
