Sylvia Gray completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours; First Class) at Deakin University and is currently completing a Master of Psychology (Organisational).

Sylvia is a research assistant at Swinburne University (Australian Leadership Index with Dr Tim Bednall, Dr Sam Wilson, and Dr Jason Pallant) and Deakin University (Strengthening a Culture of Respect and Engagement project with Prof Michael Leiter). Her areas of research interest are leadership, burnout, and employee wellbeing.

Sylvia teaches into a number of undergraduate psychology units at Deakin University. Her passion is in preparing students for employment and practice.
