Dr. Albert is a strategist with 30+ years in senior management roles, economic development, and management consulting in government, not-for-profit, and private sector. She published books, research articles, and contributions to government policy on the development of Smart/Intelligent Communities. Currently editing a new book (Cities: Smart but Visionary) on innovative pathways for community planning and development in the digital economy with chapters from internationally-renowned thinkers (soft launch at the Global Forum on Digitalization in Copenhagen in 2018).
