Tamanisha J. John is an Assistant Professor of International Political Economy at Clark Atlanta University where she teaches courses on International Political Economy and Politics and Global Issues. Her research interests include Caribbean development, economic imperialism, financial exclusion, and Canadian overseas banking. She holds PhD in International Relations from Florida International University and an MA in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Florida International University as well. Her research interests include: Caribbean Sovereignty and Politics, Settler Colonialism, Island Economies, Transnational and Multinational Corporations, Corporate Power, and International Political Economy.
