Tanya Weiler

Tanya is a Senior Lecturer within Education Futures at the University of South Australia where she teaches psychology, ethics and academic literacy courses. As its inaugural Program Director, Tanya was responsible for the design and development of the Aboriginal Pathway, an enabling program delivered across five locations in South Australia. With Dr Sarah Hattam she has led a suite of professional development initiatives for sessional staff to improve student outcomes since 2015. Her work has been recognised with multiple awards both in South Australia and with AAUT citations for outstanding contributions to student learning. Her research examines how recent graduates navigate their transition from education-to-employment, alongside research into Widening Participation.
