Victor Amadi is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cape Town. He participates in the research program on African migration governance reform at the New South Institute. Victor holds the LLB, LLM, and LLD degrees from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. His research interests are international trade law, comparative regional integration, and development in Africa. Victor's doctoral thesis examined the facilitation of intra-regional trade through the movement of people in the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
